Cozy attic apartment with fireplace stove, facing south-east. The apartment has its own entrance and is accessible via an outside staircase. A crib for a small child is available. The south-facing windows let you look at the Watzmann and the Hochkalter massif. The balcony on the east side catches the first rays of sun in nice weather. On cold days, a modern stove provides cozy warmth in addition to the heating. Please understand that smoking in the apartment and pets are not allowed 40 square meters for 2 people (possibly with toddler) with well-equipped kitchen (ceramic hob with oven, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker, vacuum cleaner, etc.), bedroom (large bed 2 x 2m) with balcony, bathroom with toilet and shower.
