Our house is located on a quiet and sunny south-facing slope at around 800 metres above sea level above the Ramsau Valley below the Soleleitungsweg trail. It is an ideal starting point for beautiful hikes in the mountaineering village of Ramsau with the Berchtesgaden National Park. The apartment is approx. 46 square metres in size and is divided into a kitchen-diner with a dining area that was redesigned in 2022, a bedroom that was also completely refurbished in 2022, and a spacious bathroom. The approx. 10 square metre balcony offers a magnificent view of the Berchtesgaden mountains. The comfortably furnished accommodation is equipped with a dishwasher, satellite TV, electric stove with oven and ceramic hob, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, etc. The apartment is located on the first floor and has its own entrance. Guest WiFi, good winter access and parking are available. Please note that we are a non-smoking house and do not accept pets. The "Auf der Reiten" bus stop for the free hiking bus is only 220 metres away.
