Two separate bedrooms with box-spring beds, each with a separate bathroom with a panoramic or star-view bathtub and a separate flush-to-floor shower offer you plenty of privacy, even if you are traveling with friends and family. A fully equipped fitted kitchen and a spacious living area with sofa landscape leave nothing to be desired. Natural materials such as moon-beaten, chopped wood and natural stone ensure maximum feel-good moments during your vacation. This is our interpretation of the alpine style. Of course, our landscaped outdoor areas are also at your disposal, during the day for sunbathing or in the evening for a relaxing glass of wine. For the true alpine style you are missing the farm? No problem! A bit off the beaten path is our new alpine-style free-range barn. It offers shelter to five endangered dwarf cattle. With occupancy with two persons one bedroom is at your disposal, the second bedroom can be shared for an extra charge. Extra bed is possible on request from the landlord.

Idyllically located, the Pletzerlehen is far away from the noise of the road and yet in close proximity to the German High Alpine Road - one of the most popular vacation routes in Germany. Spacious and high-quality furnished vacation apartments with balcony and each bedroom has its own bathroom, paired with attractively designed outdoor facilities, offer an ideal starting point and haven of peace for your vacation. Built in 1387, the Pletzerlehen is a contemporary witness of the first wave of settlements in the Berchtesgadener Land. In the years 2016 to 2018, the Pletzerlehen was modernized and redesigned from the ground up. In the course of this, the vacation apartments were also built to the latest standard and an elevator was installed. The original farmhouse parlor from 1748 could be preserved in its original condition and now serves as a cozy lounge and conference room. Enjoy your vacation in a historic building with upscale living standards.

The deposit will not be refunded or credited even in case of no-show, cancellation or withdrawal by the guest. The booking price does not include travel insurance, so we recommend that you take out cancellation insurance. The prices quoted do not include the spa tax of 3.10 euros for adults, 1.55 euros for children/young people from 7 to 16 years of age and 0.00 euros for children from 0 to 6 years of age per person and day of stay (subject to change). Arrival Description

Freeway A8 Munich- Salzburg to exit Siegsdorf/Traunstein, continue on B306 direction Berchtesgaden, via Inzell, Weißbach to Unterjettenberg, from there on B305 via Gasthaus Wachterl to Gasthof Hindenburglinde. Here turn right and immediately left again into Kunterweg. Next possibility turn left again into Pletzerweg, the house is at the end of the street.
